Post Office Tips

Do:

• Tell your family and friends your correct post office address.
• Check your mail daily.
• Turn in proper forwarding addresses for the summer.
• Make sure your box is securely locked after checking your mail.
• Stop all magazine and newspaper subscriptions at the end of the school year.
• At the end of the school year, stop by the Post Office to assure reassignment of the same P.O. Box.
• Notify University Post Office immediately if you plan to leave campus and terminate your box.

Don't:

• Let your parents send you cash through the mail. Please have them send a check or money order.
