At Meals We Offer:

At least five fresh fruits, cereal bar (12 varieties), hard dip ice cream and soft serve frozen yogurt (8 varieties), beverage bar (12 varieties), assorted canned fruits, puddings, pastries or desserts

Breakfast: (self serve)

  • Scrambled eggs
  • Poached, fried or boiled eggs
  • Breakfast meat or hash browns
  • Pancakes, waffles, or French toast
  • Hot cereal
  • Three fresh fruit juices
  • Assorted breads, bagels and muffins with jellies and spreads
  • Belgian waffle bar with toppings
  • Specialty item such as English Muffin Sandwiches, Breakfast Burritos, or Breakfast Pizza
  • Made to order Omelet Station (M-F 7am - 9pm)
  • Self-serve Belgian waffle bar
Lunch:
  • Two fresh entrees
  • Appropriate starch or side dish
  • Hot vegetables
  • Two soups daily
  • Carved meat twice a week
  • Salad bar (30 items)
  • Fresh sub bar (bread baked daily)

    • Fresh Baked Croissants and Ciabatta bread
    • 12 Grain, 9 grain whole wheat

  • Chipotle-style burrito station
  • Self-serve hot dog bar
  • Fresh ground coffee with condiment station
  • Made to order sack lunches (M-F 6:15am - 9:30am)
Dinner:
  • Two fresh entrees
  • Carved roasted meats, Monday through Thursday
  • Chicken Tender Night with grilled steak and other premium items
  • Two or three choices of hot vegetables

In Addition We Offer Monotony Breakers:
Fresh cobbler, ice your own cupcakes or sugar cookies, make your own sundae, hot pretzels and more.

Theme Dinners:
Oktoberfest, Luau, Christmas Special, International Fest, Late Night Pancake Supper and much more.
